If I am not an in-network provider with your plan, out-of-network benefits will often cover a good portion of my services. The session fee, your co-pay and/or co-insurance is due at the time of service.

I am contracted with Sunrise Medical Billing Services and Marla Spies can check your benefits prior to your first appointment so your responsibility is clear. She can be reached at 360-448-7260 x5.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

HIPAA and “good faith estimate”

I am passionate about protecting your privacy, because complete confidentiality is necessary for effective therapy and treatment. You will be provided a “Good Faith Estimate” at the time of services to understand your benefits and what you will be charged.
